"Looked good at first, but didn’t last"
I thought the bow case was decent when it showed up, but after just a couple trips the zipper started snagging and one of the seams came loose. It’s not a total disaster, but for what I paid, I really expected it to be sturdier. Shipping was fine, but I’m just tired of having to deal with returns and follow-ups for stuff that should hold up better in the first place.

"Showed up faster than expected"
I wasn’t totally sure how long the shipping would take, but it definitely came quicker than I expected. My archery gear showed up in just a few days, and as far as I could tell, everything was packed well. No problems at all, so I’m happy with it.
"Made a huge difference in my bow setup"
I brought my bow in because it just wasn’t grouping the way I wanted, and they really took the time to dial it in. They checked the rest, paper tuned it, and gave me a few clear tips on my form too. After that, my shots were noticeably tighter and way more consistent. Super helpful and easy to talk to.

I went in hoping to find a few decent options, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. Reading between the lines, it kind of felt like the selection hasn’t been a big priority.

"Refund took a little while, but it was all sorted!!!"
I ended up having to return a bow accessory because I picked the wrong size!! The return instructions were easy enough to follow, and the only annoying bit was having to pay the postage to send it back!!!
The refund took a few days longer than I expected, which had me checking my account a bit too often!! But it did come through in the end, and support replied when I messaged them, so I’d still be happy to order from them again!!!

"Helpful, but took a bit"
I reached out to mountain-archery.com about something with my order, though I think part of it was maybe not super clear on my end either. They did get back to me eventually, and the response answered what I needed for the most part. It just took longer than I figured it would, especially since I wasn’t really sure what was going on while I waited. Overall it was fine, just not the fastest customer service experience.

"Easy enough to use, though maybe a little slow"
I thought mountain-archery.com was easy to get around overall. The menus made sense to me, and I was able to find arrows and accessories without feeling like I was digging through endless pages, though I did wonder at first if I was missing a section somewhere.
The product pages were clear enough and had the info I needed before deciding what to buy. Checkout was simple too, with no strange extra steps, unless I somehow just got lucky and picked the straightforward items.
The only reason I’d probably go with 4 stars is that a couple of pages loaded a little slow for me. It wasn’t a huge problem, and maybe it was my connection, but I did notice it while browsing.
